In front of the house is a beautiful promenade that runs along the south coast of the town of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique enclaves. Well-maintained holiday house near the sea and the town, yet in a very quiet area on a small hill with beautiful sea views. Plot of about 1300m2, with citrus trees, palm trees, lawn, and a variety of plants. The pool is 5x10m and has an outdoor shower. From the parking area (not enclosed) you reach the entrance to the house via a few steps. The house has a separate kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. Two double bedrooms with twin beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. A large living-dining room with satellite TV, sea view, and access to the covered terrace and the pool. The house has central heating, making it suitable for winter months (price on request); there is also a fireplace in the living room, but it cannot be used. Next to the parking area, there is a large storage room with a washing machine. The beach is 500m away, bars/restaurants are 1km away, and the town is 2km away. According to municipal regulations, barbecues with open fire are not permitted from June 1st to October 15th. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil, or Pellets) is not included. For long stays, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil, or Pellets), as well as Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels, are not included. The price for services will be according to the agency's conditions....
