This wonderful beachfront villa is located in the exclusive area of Las Rotas. In front of the house, a beautiful promenade runs along the southern coast of the city of Denia, highly valued for its unique coves and enclaves. The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The garden of the property is very spacious, with lawn areas as well as paved areas for the greater comfort of our guests. The swimming pool is covered (not heated). Upon entering the house, we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. It also has a fireplace, making it very cozy during the winter months. It also has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation (with the exception of one of the bedrooms). Next to it is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need: electric ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Following the hallway, we find one of the bathrooms, as the property has two complete bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite, and a bathroom with a sink and toilet also en suite. Next to it is the first bedroom with a single bed, opposite it is one with a double bed, and right at the end of the hallway is another double bedroom. Modern holiday villa, recently new built in 2017, with private pool in Denia, on the Spanish Costa Blanca, not far from the harbour and the beach Marineta Cassiana. The holiday property "Tortuga verde" consists of 3 floors: on the middle floor you can find the living area, kitchen and one bedroom with adjoining bathtoom, as well as guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a complete bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom with shower, toilet and a utility room. The property was completed in January 2018 and all furniture and fittings are new. The spacious, open living area with large open kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace with large dining area, are ideal for relaxing holidays with family and friends. The outdoor area offers a new swimming pool and a portable barbecue, as well as a plot of different levels with Mediterranean plants.
