This newly decorated bright spacious child freindly Villa is 25 mins drive from Murcia airport & 45 Minutes from Alicante Airport, The property itself is 5 mins walk from the main strip which boasts over 80restaurants & pubs and is only 10 mins walk to the stunning La Zenia Boulevard which is one of the largest and newest shopping malls in Spain. The property is central to over 15 Hihg quality Golf courses all within 30 mins drive. The property is perfect as it is situated right beside the communal swimming pool & is only an approx 10 minute walk to the beach. The property is fully furnished with English satellite 60 Inch TV with all free to air stations and Netflix. All rooms are fitted with new air conditioning units. The accommodation provides both a home from home feeling & is bright airy and fresh. The accommodation has it's own driveway which will accommodate a car easily if required.
