A big terrace oriented to the East and over the lawn and trees is the best for summer afternoons and winter breakfast. Another terrace in the main entrance and oriented to the west is great to have breakfast in summer over more lawn and palm-trees. The barbecue close to the pool is perfect to organise parties with friends. The villa is decorated in the traditional Spanish style with dark wood furniture , wooden 'casetones' doors and wooden blinds. It has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms have been recently restored. The villa is equipped with heating and chimney to be used in winter and air conditioning for summer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The villa is well prepared for children. Social Club: 100 meters from the villa there are a 'social club' with 4 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a big swimming pool and a small swimming pool for children (pools available from June to September), playground, cafeteria and free internet access.
