The best thing about the house is its terrace, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or even a barbecue next to the swimming pool (good size and open all year round), it is ideal for the whole family. The villa is built all on one level which is very convenient for daily living. From the dining area there is a fantastic Sea-view. As the day becomes warmer the sliding doors can be opened and the perfumes of the plants from the tropical garden as well as the singing birds will accompany you when zipping your morning coffee. There is 180 degrees see view and the sun will shine at you from the morning to the evening. All bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air-condition. There is a well-equipped kitchen. The house is less than 15 minutes drive from the town of Salobrena and its beaches (6 km). The house is very spacious and large. This house is for those families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation on the outskirts of town but at the same time be close to the beach and the good restaurants that Salobrena and its surroundings have to offer. The three-storey house consists of a large open kitchen, living/dining room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (all with shower and two of them also have a bathtub) and a toilet.
