New modern house completed in December 2024 located in the Golf de Lascolinas, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Spain, 7 km and 10 minutes from shopping centres and beaches. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an independent toilet, and a floor area of 175 m2 on a 950 m2 plot. A 100 m2 south-facing terrace overlooks a magnificent garden and 4 m x 9.5 m swimming pool. The other 50 m2 terrace faces north and has uninterrupted views over the golf course. The swimming pool has no protection and is close to the terrace and therefore accessible for small children. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a laundry room in the basement equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
