The property is situated in a large secure plot with a 10 x 5 meter pool, sun loungers an outside dining area for 12 people and another covered siting area, plus a BBQ area. The Contemporary interior offers an open- plan living space with all the amenities. These include a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer oven, microwave, ceramic hob, cutlery utensils, 6 seater dining table, leather sofas and TV with freeview channels. Air conditioned through out and oil fired heating for the cooler months. Leading off the central living space are 3 double bedrooms (master with ensuite) and family bathroom with bath and shower.
