This traditional turreted villa has it's accommodation on two levels. The accommodation comprises: lounge and dinning area, fully fitted kitchen, naya, large shower room and two good sized bedrooms downstairs, whilst upstairs there is a large bedroom, family bathroom with shower and outside solarium, just right for that morning coffee. Our Cabana is very private, and you will find a living room, kitchen, bed room, bathroom, deck and outdoor terrace. You also have your own entrance to our property. Airconditioining is available in the bedroom. The large garden (8.000 m2) and pool are shared with our guests in de Casita. The house is perfect for 2 – 4 people. Find a spot in the sun or the shade. We have a spacious property with lots of privacy for our guests. Close to the pool on a sun bed or in a far corner in a comfortable chair .. take your pick. You can be completely on your own to enjoy the peace and quiet, and if you like it you can join us for a nice evening with home cooked food combined with local wines. Las Laderas offers great holidays in tranquillity but is only 15K approx. to the beach. This modern Villa has the best of both worlds a rustic design with furnishings to match with all modern conveniences. Set out over three floors it has a master Suite on the upper floor with En-suite (shower) and build in wardrobes, a second large double bedroom and a single bedroom, again with built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. All three bedrooms have Air Conditioning.
