It is a typical Andalusian house with a white façade and 2 floors: On the ground floor are the kitchen and an open-concept living room with a 55-inch smart TV and wood stove. This space provides access to the patio with a barbecue and a pool with views of the mountains. Additionally, the ground floor features a pantry with a laundry room and a toilet. On the first floor, there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms available in the house, all with en-suite bathrooms; the attic houses the 4th bedroom, another living area with a sofa bed, a library area, board games, a 55-inch smart TV, and a terrace with views of the Castle of Albanchez. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, complete with necessary tableware and all appliances. For our guests, a hairdryer, iron, and of course bed and bath linens are available. The Alhambra is 4km away and the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is 25km away. The surroundings of the municipality are rich in green areas, mountains and the largest river in Granada, the Genil River. Inside the house we find 4 bedrooms. One of them with three single beds, its own bathroom and dressing room. Two others have 1.35 double beds. The last one with a 1.50 bed.
