La Perla Exotica is a upper class and exotic property consisting of 2 villas. One is unique classic one floor villa with 6 bedrooms and en-suite large 5 bathrooms. The second one is romantic cozy style with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped toilet and living room with extendable sofa-bed. Accommodation is available totally for up to 20 people. When reservation is made for up to 12 people, the bigger villa will be at your disposal. If there is a request for using more rooms then 6 (single use), the second house could be used, which leads to an increase the number of guests, corresponding to the number of rooms, respectively the price.
