The finca of more than 3.500 m2 with wine production is located in a spectacular setting surrounded by Canarian pine trees. It is situated on a hill, so the views to the sea and the Teide are wonderful. On the finca there are two separate houses, which only share the parking area and are situated in such a way that each of them has its own private terraces. Finca Casa Yaya is situated towards the coast and has two terraces on each side of the house, both with sea view, where you can enjoy long hours of rest and relaxation. For sunbathing in total privacy you can use the roof terrace of the house, where you will find two hammocks. There is also a barbecue area outside, which is for the exclusive enjoyment of the house. The house has a spacious living-dining room with a large window overlooking the sea and the coast and a fireplace that provides a very cosy atmosphere. Firewood is included in the rental price. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there are two single beds. The kitchen is separate and also faces the sea and is fully equipped. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower. This wonderful finca is situated on the edge of the natural park of Cueva del Viento. It has sea views and is only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Icod de los Vinos. The exterior is outstanding with a large barbecue area, the tranquillity, the sea views and the surrounding lush vegetation. The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden, full of plants, flowers and fruit trees such as avocados, pears, apples, plums and passion fruit. The house has more than 70m2 and has a cosy living-dining room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed of 1,35m, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The radiators and the fireplace make for pleasant evenings, even in cooler weather. Firewood for the fireplace has a supplement which is not included in the rental price. The perfect holiday home for nature and hiking lovers, for a relaxing and peaceful stay away from the crowded tourist centres. The beach of San Marcos is about 15 minutes away by car for the enjoyment of bathing and sun lovers. The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reserve.
