The villa is built all on one level which is very convenient for daily living. From the dining area there is a fantastic Sea-view. As the day becomes warmer the sliding doors can be opened and the perfumes of the plants from the tropical garden as well as the singing birds will accompany you when zipping your morning coffee. There is 180 degrees see view and the sun will shine at you from the morning to the evening. All bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air-condition. There is a well-equipped kitchen.
