El Barranco is a beautiful, detached Canarian villa, located in Los Valles, in a rural area close to the town of Teguise, the former capital of the island of Lanzarote. It is a 95% sustainable house, one of the few Canarian houses with these characteristics on the island. It has maintained its original essence, with thick stone walls and an interior patio, and has been renovated to meet new environmental needs. It is a true pleasure to invite you to discover this authentic Canarian house. We locate a quiet valley in the interior north of the island, Los Valles. A place in nature, where its people will welcome you with kindness and closeness. In a wonderful landscape, surrounded by volcanoes, which invites you to tranquility, rest, and enjoyment of nature. Our Villa El Barranco is on a 19,000m2 plot, surrounded by palm trees, countryside, and enveloping sounds such as the wind and birds. The house has an interior gallery that opens onto a patio, as well as windows to the outside, which allows the entire villa to have natural light. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, and in the master suite, the bathroom is integrated with the room.
