The 200-year-old farmhouse is situated on a 7,500 m2 finca (plot of land). Despite a complete remodelling, the charm and original character of this old house has been preserved. The mature garden surrounding the house is planted with Canary palms and Mediterranean plants and trees, a heated pool is located in the very private part of the second terrace and provides space for total relaxation.Guatiza is a small old village with about 400 inhabitants, which nestles harmoniously in a valley with its white houses. It is located in the lower northern part of the island and forms the backdrop for the 200-year-old, completely renovated farmhouse. The artist Cesar Manrique planned and designed an interesting cactus garden in Guatiza, making the small village famous.
