Here you will find relaxation from everyday stress, while still having the opportunity to enjoy the nightlife in the Port of Duquesa. The finca has approx. 150 m² and is on one level, with a step leading to the conservatory and from the kitchen to the pool terrace. It features a conservatory with a bar, beverage refrigerator, seating area, and dining area, with direct access to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, 4 cooking zones (2 gas and 2 electric), an oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, and a filter coffee maker. Additional electrical appliances make culinary preparations easier. In the Mediterranean-style living room, there is a TV with satellite and streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime) as well as a stereo system. Of course, Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
