Although parking is provided underneath this apartment with access via a lift, there is no need for a car as it is located 50 m from the sandy Blue Flag beach, 100m from the supermarket and 200 m from the town of San Luis de Sabinillas. This is a fully gated and secure complex with 24 hour reception, meaning there is always someone there to assist. The apartment has three bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom and a further two twins sharing another bathroom.
