This villa has it all! Incredible sea views from the living room and kitchen, as well as from the upper terrace. This beautifully modern and recently renovated (2019) fully equipped kitchen has fantastic views of the Mediterranean. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. (Heated pool optional in low season: +200 euros per week). The outdoor area has well-maintained gardens, a cosy barbecue area and many sun loungers to relax by the pool or anywhere else in the garden area. Upon entering the house, the living room is beautifully presented with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the left hand side there is access to a guest toilet. A staircase on the right hand side will take you to the ground floor, where all the spacious rooms are located. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 modern marble bathrooms.
