The villa is located, only 50m from the beach and with a private pool. It has a cosy living and dining room. A well equiped kitchen and brandnew bathroom (installed November 2023) make it a very comfortable villa. There is one double bedroom. Then there is another double bedroom with a curtain leading to a third bedroom with a bunk bed. In case of more people, it is possible to make a bed from the sofa in the living room. For babies, there is a cot available, as is a high chair. The house has its own parking space, extra free parking is available in the street. The nice terrace with barbecue will give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful garden. Artificial high quality grass has been placed which, unlike natural grass, can stand the heat and feels soft and comfortable. The private pool is beautiful and very well maintained. There is free Wifi available. There are several fine restaurants in the neighbourhood, near the beach.
