Elegant décor, various terraces, sea views and spacious bedrooms, this villa has it all! The entrance level is very spacious and airy thanks to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is a beautiful indoor patio allowing natural light into all the rooms. The living area features a variety of sofas and seating areas and a fireplace for the winter evenings. The vast kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the terrace. There is a laundry room with a washing machine (no dryer). On this level there is also a double bedroom (210cm bed) with en-suite shower and access to the indoor patio, a separate Tv room and an independent “Wing” with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles (180) and 1 bunk bed), a bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette.
