It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed only up a spiral staircase off the front terrace and so has amazing views of the bay, directly from the bed! What a way to wake up in the morning! The Master bedroom also has an en-suite and kitchenette for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning without having to go downstairs! The living/dining and kitchen areas have all been recently modernized and so are comfortable with all the necessary equipment to ensure you enjoy your stay. There are patio doors out from the living room on to the very large sunny terraces with plenty of places to enjoy a meal al fresco. On this terrace there is a large gas bbq and also a conservatory for eating when the weather is a little inclement. The house retains a high level of privacy whilst being within walking distance of beaches and shops approx 25 minutes walk down to the nearest beach or just a few minutes by car. The pretty village of La Herradura is 10 minutes drive away. Entering the villa by the front door there is a spacious hallway with cloakroom to the side.
