Modern house on private plot with pool, parking and terrace, without stairs, well equipped, situated in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain. The house is situated on a 700m2 private plot, surrounded by a wall. Inside there is space for 2 cars, which can be parked in front of the house. The house has only one level with 2 spacious double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with kitchen, a large terrace with beautiful view at the Bay of Roses. The kitchen is completely equipped with all modern equipment like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic glass cooktop, big fridge and freezer and an electric barbecue grill for the terrace. In the living room there are Sat TV .The house is equipped with a split-type air conditioning unit installed in the living room. In the basement you will find a washing machine and a laundry rack, ironing board and an electric iron. You also can find deck chairs.GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED Behind the house there is the 8 x 4 meters swimming pool, where you can swim and sunbathe in an undisturbed atmosphere.
