Casa Bonita is situated in the north of the Costa Brava in Roses – Mas Fumats. The house lies in a very quite street with no traffic. As it lies against a hill, the entrance is on the level of the first floor. The first floor has about 100 square metres, consisting of fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining- and living room , large terrace with lovely view over the bay, a bathroom, 2 double-bedrooms and a [hidden] house is equipped with a split-type air conditioning unit installed in the living room. Downstairs there is another double bedroom, the second bathroom, the entrance to the garage, the washing machine, and the way out to the 5 x 10 metres swimming pool and garden. The plot has about 700 square metres and is completely closed.
