Villa ‘Malaga Beach&Golf’ is a beautiful private house with large garden, swimming pool and barbecue area, just one minute walk from the beach and 900 meters from the golf course. There is a public bus stop a few meters from the Villa that can take you to the centre of Malaga. Distance by car to Malaga 20‘ and 30’ to the airport. The villa has a private garage with Huawei electric charger and high speed WIFI. Parties and celebrations are not allowed in this Villa. The swimming pool is salt water, approx. 4m wide and 6,5m long. The depth in the shallowest part of the pool is 1,5m and in the deepest part 2,10m. It has easy access stairs with handrails and is available 365 days a year. The free welcome pack offers our guests everything they need for the first few hours in the villa. However, there is a supermarket open 10 hours a day just a few metres from the villa. The house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 complete bathrooms (one of them en suite), spacious living/dining room with fireplace and smart TV and laundry area.
