We finally managed to lower the price a bit and it turned out... Location and Exterior And our clients love the house! If your vacation is short, then think about how much valuable time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, or supermarket... From this house, restaurants are just a few steps away on foot, and the beach is only 200 meters away. Still, if you want to bring your own car, there's no problem, as you have private outdoor parking! Traffic noise? No, there isn't, as Calle Carabeo is a pedestrian street and only allows cars for people who have parking there. Allow me to tell you a bit more about this charming villa. As you come inside the villa you will see a big stairs which take you up to 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are double bedrooms which have ensuite bathrooms, the other 3 singles bedrooms with two beds each share 2 complete bathrooms. The two double bedrooms with king size bed share a big terrace with views to the big pool area and to the neighbourhood. On the ground floor you will find on the right to the main door a double bedroom, a complete bathroom and a living room which opens up to the pool area.
