The terrace leading to the living room has beautiful mountain and sea views. The house is comfortable and cosy. A small entrance leads to the living room, the kitchen and the dining room. The large sliding windows overlook the pool and the mountain. Doors open onto the terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining. From the terrace, stairs lead down to the 8x4m pool and barbecue area with gas barbecue. The 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds each, which can be joined together if required. There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a washing machine and drying area. The 800m2 plot is fully fenced. Parking inside the plot for a small car. You can also park on the street just in front of the property without any problem as it is a very quiet street.
