The house is accessed via an entrance in a dead-end alley or via the car access on the other side. The house itself is a few steps up. The outdoor area consists of palm trees and various plants, and two terraces, one of them covered. The kidney-shaped swimming pool has a Roman ladder and an outdoor shower. The house is distributed into a living-dining room with TV/SAT and air conditioning (cold), a kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and two refrigerators, one of them with a freezer. From the living room, 5 steps lead to a hallway that opens to the following rooms: a bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, a third double bedroom with a bathroom with a jacuzzi, and access to the covered terrace next to the pool.
