This duplex apartment in Javea is completely new, situated in a small residential complex and close to all facilities. It is spread over two levels and from the terrace upstairs you have lovely views of the mountain Montgo. Lower floor Downstairs is the cosy living/dining room with TV (Spanish, English), DVD, WiFi internet and dining table. There is completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. Furthermore there is a guest toilet downstairs. Upstairs Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and two terraces. There is one bedroom with double bed, build-in closets and access to the main terrace and one bedroom with two single beds, build-in closet and access to a small terrace. All beds are box spring mattresses of good quality for extra sleeping comfort. In the second bedroom exists the possibility to place an extra bed for a child (on request, at extra charge).
