The house is accessed via an entrance in a dead-end alley or via car access on the other side. The house itself is a few steps higher up. The outdoor area consists of palm trees and a variety of plants, and two terraces, one of them covered. The kidney-shaped swimming pool has Roman steps and an outdoor shower. The house is distributed into a living-dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning (cold), a kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and two refrigerators, one of them with a freezer. From the living room, 5 steps lead to a hallway that opens to the following rooms: a bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, a third double bedroom with a bathroom with a jacuzzi, and access to the covered terrace next to the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning (see price list). The living room also provides access to the back where the patio with barbecue and garden furniture is located.
