Las Laderas offers great holidays in tranquillity but is only 15K approx. to the beach. This modern Villa has the best of both worlds a rustic design with furnishings to match with all modern conveniences. Set out over three floors it has a master Suite on the upper floor with En-suite (shower) and build in wardrobes, a second large double bedroom and a single bedroom, again with built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. All three bedrooms have Air Conditioning. The middle floor (ground floor) has a large lounge with 2 large sofas along with an IPTV service that provides all TV services (Netflix, English Channels, Sport, Films, etc) over the internet, normal Wi Fi currently runs at 80 MEG.
