The quietly situated country house is located in the small village of Los Valles in the northern and rural part of Lanzarote. The next larger town, Teguise, is only 5 km away and there are good connections to it and to the island's sights. The approx. 300 m² house is situated on a 3,000 m² plot with garden, which was built in 2006. The holiday home has two floors, which are connected by a staircase. On the ground floor is the fully equipped, large kitchen, which has a large dining table for communal meals as well as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a spacious living room on this floor with a sofa and coffee table as well as a large flat-screen TV with digital connection and a stereo system. There are also three of the four bedrooms on the ground floor, two of which each have a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and a wardrobe, while the third has two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and a wardrobe.
