The neighbourhood is quiet and has a supermarket across the street. The residential is located in the safest area of the island, very close to the sea and the city centre. The urbanization has a children's playground, for the enjoyment of the youngest members of the family. It is a perfect choice for groups or families. The villa has 250m2 spread over three floors, a very large patio and a private garage. On the main floor you will find a bedroom, a bathroom, the living room and the kitchen (the latter two communicate directly with the patio through large glass doors).
