The Golf Villa El Portil in Nuevo Portil was beautifully remodeled by us in October 2015 and has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a large, high quality furnished living-dining area with fireplace, a high-quality ambience, a covered exterior dining area with 8 chairs, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas flame, an outdoor lounge for 8-10 people, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer cabinet, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine), each bedroom has reversible air conditioning. On the ground floor of the main house is the large master bedroom, a bathroom en suite with bath-shower-bath, toilet and double washbasin, the kitchen, the laundry room with washing machine, the living-dining area and an additional guest toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed and also a bathroom en suite with toilet, bath-shower, double vanity. From the bedroom on the upper floor takes you to the large roof terrace (south west orientation). About the Andalusian Patio (courtyard) you enter the tastefully furnished guesthouse with 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed, a room with 2 single beds) and a shower room with toilet and double vanity. Located next to Nuevo Portil Golf Course (which boasts gorgeous views and a peaceful backdrop), the villa is just a 10 minute walk away from wide, sandy beaches, with scenic boardwalk and the spit — ideal for morning walks, sunsets, and easy beach days. Inside, you’ll have Wi-Fi and a comfortable, well-cared-for space. We put a lot of attention into the details so you can properly switch off and enjoy your holiday. Ground Floor There are three bedrooms on the ground floor; one bedroom with twin beds and the front bedroom with three single beds and the Guest Wing with a Queen bed, a single bed and an ensuite bathroom. New shower units and cubicles have just been added (June 2021) to the bathrooms on the ground floor. All bedrooms have air-con, fans, a storage heater for the winter, wardrobes (hangers) etc. Towels are provided for the bathrooms. Casa Molineros is a detached villa with an enviable south facing private garden and its own pool. It is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard. It is fully air conditioned and has the benefit of wifi. All rooms have mosquito blinds. There are 4 large bedrooms 3 of which are on the ground floor , 1 double with en suite shower room a further double and a twin which share the family bathroom. An additional cloakroom is also on this floor. The master suite on the first floor has its own balcony overlooking the garden and golf course. The living area is spacious and has large sliding doors leading onto the patio area of the garden . The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern . There is a courtyard area to the side where outside dining can take place with a large table and seating for up to eight. The region offers an uninterrupted line of beaches stretching for 120km from the Rio Guardiana on the Portuguese border to the Rio Guadalquivir in the east.
