On the main floor there is a large independent and well equipped kitchen with a lot of cupboards. The living-dining room is comfortable with various leather sofas and an audio system. As the upper floor this level counts with an air conditioning by conduit. EXTERIOR : The villa is located in a residential area called Valley View, a closed area where only the neighbours can access. The access to the plot is by a sliding gate where we can park our vehicle. In this entrance of the house there is a pretty gardener with various trees and shrubs.
