The property consists of four independent apartments of approximately 80 m² each, distributed over two floors and with separate entrances. Situated on a spacious, flat plot within walking distance of the beach, it is ideal for large groups or big families. INTERIOR The property comprises four independent apartments: EACH APARTMENT (4 IN TOTAL) Each apartment has its own separate entrance, a living-dining room, and a separate kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The sleeping area in each apartment has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Each apartment also includes a separate bathroom with a shower.
