La Barraca de Farena is a cottage located in a natural environment, known as Farena, in the heart of the Costa Brava, 1 km from the village of Palafrugell and 1.5 km from the beaches of Llafranc, Calella and Tamariu. It is open all year round and can accommodate up to four guests and two pets (on request). The surface of the house is 75 m² house + 10 m² porch and has an extensive fully fenced private garden of 8,500 m². For security reasons, the house is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years of age and the organization of parties is strictly forbidden. The house has a kitchen-dining room, equipped with all appliances and conveniences, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room, in addition to TV, DVD player and free Wifi high speed ideal for video calls or meetings, has a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, pellet stove and a magnificent wood-burning fireplace insert, to cover the colder seasons of the year. The complex has a large communal area with garden and a fantastic swimming pool with beautiful sea views. It is located in a quiet and privileged place, very close to the famous viewpoint of El Far where you will be able to admire the wonderful views of the whole coast. The house has a surface of 200 m2 distributed in three floors. The lower level consists of living room and dining room with exit to a pleasant garden with porch, ideal to spend fantastic moments enjoying the summer. On this same floor we also find the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
