As it is in a dead end street, there is practically no traffic. It is surrounded by garden and in the front part it has the swimming pool which is easily accessed from the porch of the dining room. Access to the property is via a ramp where the car can be left. On the ground floor we find the garage which is used for storage and as a laundry room.
