This comfortable villa for 5 people, with unobstructed views, private swimming pool and within walking distance of the village of Alcalali, is a wonderful place to relax. Located in the beautiful Vall de Pop with towns such as Alcalali, Jalon and Parcent, this villa has a very beautiful location. We are located at the end of a dead-end road in a small, rustic residential area. The villa has plenty of peace and space with great views. We are within walking distance of the village of Alcalali, handy if you want to go to a bar or restaurant without using the car. There is a cozy dining and living area and the open plan kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and the entresol has a comfortable sofa bed, they share a second bathroom. The bedrooms have new beds and linen and are equipped with mosquito netting and good fans. Naturally, there is a private WiFi connection. The large private swimming pool of 8x4 meters has a depth of 1:20 m to 2:20 m, so you can really take a dip and swim laps here. There are several terraces with wonderful views to take in. After a day of sightseeing, it is wonderful to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet of this place. The house is built on 2 levels, only the main level is rented out. The lower apartment is not occupied during rentals. From the Naya (covered terrace) or the edge of the private swimming pool (4x8m), you have an outstanding view over the valley of Orba (with lemon, orange, almond, olive trees) and the Mediterranean sea in the background. Our house has 2 bedrooms with new A/C, 1 with double bed (with an extra bed for a 5th person), the other with 2 single beds. Villa "Leonie" Your spacious holiday home on the Costa Blanca. Villa "Leonie" is located in the hinterland of Denia and offers everything your heart desires: sea views, tranquillity and a large pool. In front of the villa is a large south-facing terrace with a large table for the whole family. On the upper floor is the large, open-plan kitchen (with water filter for drinking water) and two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), each with its own bathroom with shower.
