The property is fully fenced and features a lawn area, as well as a private pool and covered parking within the plot. The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. It also has Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The beautiful garden is fully equipped for your use and enjoyment, with chairs, an outdoor table, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an awning perfect for sheltering from the hot summer days. Upon entering the accommodation, we find the open-plan living/dining room, which houses the only TV with satellite (German) in the house. Adjacent to the living/dining room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker (filter), and toaster.
