Charming country house with three bedrooms, situated only 2,8 km from the fine sandy beach Pau Pi. Two hectares of land with own water, large garden and irrigation water pond of 9x9x1,5m surrounded by a pine forest and orange plantations. This typical local building is distributed over two floors. On the main floor there is a large porch of 37m2, the kitchen, the dining room, the double bedroom with a 150cm bed and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two 90cm beds each. Within the grounds you can park up to 2 vehicles. Very well maintained house in a residential area, it has a fenced plot of 600 m2 with its own swimming pool of 8x4m with roman steps with a max. depth of 2m and 1.3m minimum depth with outside shower. The garden is well kept with oleanders and citrus trees. There is covered parking on the plot for one vehicle. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area to enjoy at any time. The property has a glazed and furnished terrace with exit to the pool through which we access to the interior of the house where we find the living-dining room with air conditioning, TV/SAT, wifi and fireplace. The open plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and microwave.
