In front of the house, a beautiful promenade runs along the southern coast of the city of Denia, highly valued for its unique coves and enclaves. The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The garden of the property is very spacious, with lawn areas as well as paved areas for the greater comfort of our guests. The swimming pool is covered (not heated). Upon entering the house, we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. The holiday home comprises two floors, with a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest toilet, all connected by an internal staircase and offering fantastic views of the sea, beach, and mountains. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning. The living room has access to the glazed and furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy the wonderful sea views.
