The property was completed in January 2018 and all furniture and fittings are new. Well maintained holiday home close to the sea and the town, but still in a very quiet area on a small hill with nice sea views. Plot of about 1300m2, with citrus trees, palm trees, lawn and variety of plants. The pool has 5x10m and an outside shower. From the parking area (not enclosed) there are some steps leading up to the entrance of the house. The house has a separate kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Two double bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. A large living-dining room with TV/SAT, sea view and an exit to the covered terrace and the pool. The house has central heating, so it is suitable for the winter months (ask for price). In the living room there is also a fireplace but this cannot be used. Next to the parking place there is a big storage room with a washing machine. The distance to the beach is 500m, bars/restaurants 1km and to the town 2km. According to municipal regulations no barbecues with fire are allowed from the 1st of June to the 15th of October.
