VILLA CLARA is in a beautiful hillside location, 300 metres from the village of Almiserat and 600 metres from Lloc Nou de San Jeroni. The villa is on 2 floors and can be rented as a whole or as two separate self contained apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The villa is surrounded by 1000 square metres of natural forested hillside, gardens and fruit trees. 2 large balconies furnished with wooden tables and chairs are perfect for dining outdoors. The pool is a magnificent 11 x 5 metres and maintained on a regular basis.The pool is closed from October till April. The pool area has a huge terrace, furnished with loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas.
