It is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment. This spectacular villa with capacity for 10 people has 700m2 of constructed surface, 3000m2 of plot, it is comfortable and very cosy. It has 4 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 3 of them. The first one (with a bed of 140 x 200) and a single bed (90x190cm) is very spacious and bright. It has built-in wardrobes with mirrors, large windows, air conditioning and heating and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200cm bed, is very luminous and has views to the park of the property and the valley. It has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and heating. The third bedroom (with bed 140 x 200) and a single bed 90x190cm has fitted wardrobes and large windows with access to a small balcony. On this same floor we can find a fully equipped, spacious bathroom with shower and a toilet. There is also an office area where you can work.
