This Mediterranean style accommodation is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest. This wonderful accommodation in Majorcan style impresses with its large living / dining area with cozy fireplace, two bedrooms and a terrace with small swimming pool. The first look after waking up falls directly to the bay - thanks to the large panoramic window in the bedroom. The accommodation is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only three units we offer upscale amenities. Please note that due to the exposed location on the steep slope, stairs are required. The sometimes quite steep natural stone stairs are mostly equipped with a handrail. Although we have a lift that takes most of the steep stairs up, there are still stairs to climb. Our facility is therefore not handicapped accessible. If you have restricted mobility, we advise against booking our apartments....
