The only 2016 renovated village house has 165 square meters and is very quiet in the upper part of the village Andratx. The house itself is certainly some centuries old, the Mallorcan details have been obtained in the restoration. Before the house there are several small patios, ideal for breakfast or for afternoon coffee. The ground floor boasts a spacious, open architecture: different sitting areas, a fireplace and an open kitchen with adjoining dining room. Not to mention a great shower. The first floor features 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with shower and bath. The luxurious dream villa has been furnished and equipped with great attention to detail both inside and out. The spacious living-dining area offers a warm and designer interior and the adjoining open-plan modern kitchen is superbly equipped with high-quality electrical appliances. The large, mostly floor-to-ceiling windows offer marvellous views of the terraces in front, the pool and the beautiful vegetation in the garden. Three double bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms - are also stylishly modern and tastefully furnished. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace. There is also a guest WC. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate in both winter and summer. Another highlight here is the beautiful outdoor area with its many terraces, the private pool measuring around 4 x 8 metres and the various lung areas and seating options. Parasols and awnings provide a shady spot in the hot summer months and the terraces are also partly covered. From the roof terrace you also have a wonderful view of the surrounding area and the sea with the mountains in the background. The beaches of Santa Ponsa and Port Adriano can be reached quickly by car, as can the golf course in Santa Ponsa or the shops and restaurants....
