The accommodation is on two floors. On the upper floor is the main entrance door leading to the lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garage area that serves as a utility room. Rooms lead out to the spacious upper terrace with views to the sea. On the terrace is a teak table with sun-umbrella, and some lounging chairs. There is also a separate guest toilet and a coat cupboard on this floor, along with the stairs to the lower floor. On the lower floor is a hallway and off this are four double bedrooms each with en-suite and own access to the lower terrace which leads, through a gate, to the pool area. This beautiful villa is located directly on Menorca's only golf course with a view of hole No. 5 and only 1,800 m from the beach. The property faces south. The beautiful palm garden is very private and invites you to relax. A sunny terrace and a roof terrace offer plenty of space for guests who like to enjoy the sun. A cozy garden lounge also offers shade in the warm summer months. The pool is 100% private for our guests and is approx. 10m x 4m. At the deepest point approx. 2m and at the flat point with steps, it is easy to walk on. The main entrance of the villa leads through a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen. A drinks refrigerator, a fridge and freezer combination for food, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave are available, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
