The house is an 8-minute downhill walk from the pebble beach and crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. From the parking area, the house is accessed via stone-clad stairs that climb and wind around the beautiful terraced gardens. Divided into two independent floors, the upper half of the house is at the same level as the swimming pool and barbecue area; a fabulous leisure space with sun loungers, hammocks and an outdoor dining table, all surrounded by lush trees and flowering Mediterranean plants. Inside, two good-sized rooms, one large double and one double with two single beds, share a family bathroom with a bathtub and wall shower and a practical independent washbasin.
