Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the play ground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee. The just one storey house is equipped with gas oil central heating.
