The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 12 people. The house features a private outdoor area including a pool, garden, covered terrace, barbecue, outdoor shower and tennis court. Important: the pool is not available between November and February. Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The caretaker of the estate lives opposite the property in a separate unit. Casas Rurales La Huerta is an old farmhouse recently restored. It consists of 7 independent houses with different capacities, 4 houses for 6 people, 2 houses for 8 and a Big House for 14 people. All the houses have living room-kitchen, fireplace, double rooms with double bed or two single beds depending on the house, bathroom with shower, outdoor porch and barbecue, also have all kinds of household items and appliances. The farmhouse is located in the middle of an ecological farm of citrus fruits and avocados, so our common areas have a salt water pool, thus avoiding the use of chemical products. In addition to the pool, Casas Rurales La Huerta has a solarium with sun beds and umbrellas next to the pool, a combined Tennis-Basketball court, a Paddel court, a playground and parking within the premises. We offer our clients marked hiking routes through the beautiful limestone mountain range that surrounds our complex, apart from the activities that can be done in our facilities, but for the most active we have only 4Km. a field for the practice of Paint-Ball....
