The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer and television. A cot is also available. The house features a private outdoor area including a pool, garden, covered terrace, barbecue, outdoor shower and tennis court. Important: the pool is not available between November and February. Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The caretaker of the estate lives opposite the property in a separate unit.
