It is a very comfortable 4 facades villa with 150 m2 surface and its own fully private parcel - sunny all day (Wifi and air conditioning in each bedrooms). Ideally located, close to the sandy beach El Arenal (1400m). Private and fenced garden. Private parking for 3 cars. The private swimming pool: in mosaics of 5X9 m, Heat pump + solar cover(for autumn & winter seasons), sunny all day long, small and large depths , LED spots, fully renovated April 2021. You can also enjoy the new outdoor shower and a pool pergola including a 4mx4m bench and bar. The villa is made up of 3 bedrooms. There is an air conditioning / Airco in each bedroom and living room. Each bedroom has blackout curtains, new bedding and mosquito nets. In term of security, there is a videocamera Reolink. The villa includes a 40 m2 veranda (closed terrace, with large windows), very pleasant view on the swimming pool and flowered garden with a dining table, sofa corner and fridge.
