The exterior area is wonderful. There is a large green lawn surrounding the house and the pool, and it is perfect to sit or sunbathe while reading a book or listening to music. There are also 4 sun loungers by the pool for the same purpose. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 2 metres. It also features an exterior shower. Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the play ground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee. The just one storey house is equipped with gas oil central heating.
