Add to that the proximity to the sea and a beautiful private saltwater pool, and you have the perfect plan for an incredible holiday. The pool measures 6 x 3 m, with a depth of 1 to 1.85 m, five sun loungers around it to enjoy the sun and an outdoor shower. The outdoor areas are ideal for preparing a delicious barbecue and enjoying it under the porch, then relaxing in the outdoor armchairs under the parasol, spending quality time with family or friends. Upon entering the house, you will find a wonderful living room with a comfortable sofa and air conditioning, inviting you to relax while watching satellite TV or simply reading a good book. Large sliding doors lead to the dining area, which also has a television and air conditioning, making it the perfect place for long evenings. Then there is the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, oven, open pantry and all the utensils and appliances you need to cook as if you were at home.
