An electric gate leads to the enchanting property with a large terrace and parking surrounded by palm trees and typical local plants. Finca Torre is situated on a 7,000 m2 plot surrounded by fields and is fenced on 500 m2. With a living area of approx. 110 m2, you will find plenty of space here with two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Living room and one bedroom with air conditioning for a fee. Kw will be read and charged on arrival/departure. The beds can be pushed together. All three bedrooms are equipped with fans. There are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is located at the staircase to the pool. There is also a washing machine here. Through the beautiful wooden door you enter the open-plan living room with high ceilings and wooden beams.
